Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What if my item doesn't sell?

A. If your item does not sell, you have two choices, relisting or not relisting. If you choose to not relist, you will not be refunded any fees. If you choose to relist, two things can happen. If the item sells, you won't be charged a relisting fee. If the item doesn't sell, you will be responsible for paying relisting fees (these would be the equivalent of your original eBay fees). I charge no extra personal fees in either case.

Q. Can I list it locally while the auction is running?

A. Yes, you may list locally while your eBay auction is active. However, if the item sells locally I must "pull" the online auction and you forfeit any fees you have paid.

Q. Will people from eBay be calling me and trying to talk me down in price?

A. As manager of your auction, I do not allow your contact information to be available to the eBay community. Your privacy is of utmost importance to me. Only after there is a winning bidder will you have contact with anyone from eBay.

Q. What if someone buys it then doesn't pay for it?

A. I've had experience with this before and there are steps to take within eBay to deal with it. I have rules listed in your auction to keep this from happening and that is why I'm such a stickler about following not only eBay rules but my own that I have set forth.

Q. What if someone makes the deposit and then tells me they can't get the rest of the money?

A. It is stipulated in the payment requirements that the deposit is non-refundable. If people bid on an item they cannot pay the balance of, that is their responsibility and I will deal with them through eBay avenues.

Q. What if the winning bidder wants to make a larger deposit than that specified in the auction listing?

A. Anything over the $200.00 good faith fee is subject to 4 % Pay Pal fees.

Q. Do you sell other things on eBay for people?

A. Yes, I do eBay consignment work! Click here for more information!
